31. Ford Mustang GT

31. Ford Mustang GT

2005

Inspired by the 1967–1969 Mustangs, the 2005 Ford Mustang GT was the first Mustang built on a completely new platform since 1979, blending modern engineering with 1960s-inspired design. With its 4.6-litre SOHC 24-valve V8, with 300 horsepower @ 5,750 rpm it gave really big performance for the price. Its retro design had modern touches like the optional MyColor system which produced customisable instrument lighting - a novelty at the time.
